Fear Less Adventure Confidence Clinics are full-day experiences designed to help you feel more prepared, more capable, and more at home in the outdoors.
Each day blends interactive, supportive workshop time at a Lake District base, with a guided walk in the surrounding Lake District fells, giving you the chance to learn, practice, ask questions and build confidence in real time.
With every workshop a 1hr pre-workshop online session is included to help you prepare and feel more confident before you even arrive.
In one full day you will:
- Demystify the outdoors with practical, no-nonsense guidance: what to wear, what to pack, how to layer and what actually matters.
- Build true emotional confidence with simple mindset tools to manage fear, doubt and that spiralling inner chatter.
- Experience on-trail coaching while moving through an easy-to-moderate guided walk, learning how to handle setbacks, energy dips and changing conditions.
- Walk away feeling grounded, capable and ready to enjoy more independent outdoor adventures
