Learn to Love Moving is a six-week online group course that helps you get past the things that make getting active feel hard whether that’s self-doubt, overthinking, not knowing where to start or the chaos of a busy work and home life. You’ll join a small group of women for weekly sessions full of honest chat, fresh ideas and powerful coaching principles to help you build confidence and momentum. No guilt, pressure, no pretence.
